Chapters in part one cover extraocular muscle anatomy, amblyopia, sensory physiology and pathology, and the diagnostic evaluation of strabismus. In addition, this volume covers the diagnosis and treatment of esodeviations and exodeviations, pattern strabismus, vertical deviations, nystagmus and special forms of strabismus.
