Authors
• Saul P. Greenfield, MD, FAAP, FACS, is the Director of Pediatric Urology at Oishei Children's Hospital and a Professor of Clinical Urology at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, State University of New York at Buffalo. He has also served as Chair of the Urology Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, as well as President of the Societies for Pediatric Urology. He was a recipient of the Duckett award for excellence in pediatric urologic research. His clinical and research interests run the gamut of surgery for congenital urologic conditions–in particular, hypospadias repair and vesicoureteral reflux. He was most recently a primary investigator in the National Institutes of Health-sponsored RIVUR trial (Randomized Intervention for the treatment of Vesico Ureteral Reflux).
• Christopher S. Cooper, MD, FAAP, FACS, is Professor and Vice Chairman of Urology at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. He also serves as Director of the Pediatric Urology Division at the Children's Hospital. In addition, he serves as Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education in the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. In 2017, he was awarded the endowed Tyrone D. Artz Chair in Urology.
